Banana Bread With Kauai Chocolate Rum

After last year’s vacation to a rum plantation in Kauai, Heidi started making a twist on her delicious banana bread. She floats chocolate rum on top before baking. The rum bakes off, leaving a rich chocolate flavor with notes of banana.
