Banana Bread With Nuts & Kauai Chocolate Rum

Last year, when I went to a rum tasting on Kauai, they said that the coffee rum that floated on top of the banana bread is delicious. I was a little bummed to discover that I can source it locally and not have to go back to Kauai. This one is made with their chocolate rum, which bakes off, leaving a rich chocolate flavor with notes of banana. This loaf has pecans.
