Rosemary Pappardelle Pasta

Heidi’s all-egg, hand-cut, wide pasta is made with predominantly Italian durum wheat and a little bit of all-purpose flour. It’s dusted with semolina to give it a great chew. This pasta is wonderful with Bolognaise or Alfredo sauces.
